Debbie Marks

Debbie, from The Edge Coaching and Training, is a dynamic and passionate coach and facilitator with over 15 years of experience helping leaders and teams unlock their full potential. Known for creating positive energy and meaningful connections – whether in one-on-one coaching sessions, virtual environments, or group workshops – Debbie specialises in empowering individuals and organisations to lead with purpose and confidence.


With deep expertise in leadership development, team dynamics, and guiding organisational transformation, Debbie has supported hundreds of professionals, including academics and public servants, as they navigate career transitions, parental leave, and leadership challenges. Her client portfolio includes organisations such as RMIT University, Victorian Government Departments, Monash University, and Ford Australia and the Australian Government.


As an ICF ACC-accredited coach, Debbie blends a wealth of knowledge in tools like DISC, Enneagram, LSI, and Leadership Circles with a practical approach to guiding leaders and teams toward sustainable growth. Debbie partners with individuals and teams to identify their strengths, clarify their goals, and develop the skills needed to navigate challenges with effective and authentic leadership.


Outside of work, she finds joy in wrangling her teenage sons, climbing rocks, and diving into the occasional cold ocean.
